Our Top Ten List- But don't let that throw you. There were hundreds of journalists that printed unsubstantiated lies. Some a few, some many. No one bothered to check anything out, they just wanted a juicy story. We can prove that more than thirty journalists printed knowingly false statements from sources they knew were either false, made up, tainted, slanted, or just plain pitiful. We narrowed the list down to the top ten that actually intentionally, knowingly, with malice and forethought, printed false and slanderous statements even though they knew the statements were false in advance. These are the ones that are most likely to be heading to court in the near future as defendants, not reporters. CBS has already been sued.

Specific Names withheld at request of Jack Idema's attorneys due to some big dollar upcoming litigation against ABC employees. We have seen some evidence that is fair to say will be getting several people at ABC fired-- so this IS a lawsuit to watch for.
Amy Waldman & Carlotta Gall
New York Times (can you say Jason Blair?) Gall intentionally withheld knowledge that the "anonymous" sources who said Afghans were tortured were unreliable and had previously lied to her. Waldman just lied about everything.

Note: Mike Whitney of Al-Jazeera, would have made the top ten, but we expect Al-Jazeera news to lie when it comes to Americans, and besides, they aren't a good candidate for effecting service in a lawsuit. Unless of course, Jack finds out that Whitney is an American citizen, or lives in the US, then we venture to say, the gloves are off.

Jack is waging war on anyone and everyone that lied or broke the law, and his new focus isn't terrorists, it's journalists. Reporters and publications that lied, used phony sources, stole images, violated copyrights, or stepped even one inch over the line are heading for court. CBS News is the First Suit Filed in US Federal Court. More are coming.

TOP THREE OFFENDERS:
Not only are they personal friends who worked on their "stories" together, but they all used the same sources Jack Idema was already suing (Artis, et al).
AAA RATED FOR LIES AND FABRICATION:

Columbia Journalis Revew and All their lies Mariah Blake gets top billing. She not only falsified military documents and outright lied, but she stole faxes and letters from the Counterr Group Office and quoted "secret" sources for statements she just completely made up.

Stacy Sullivan was in the running for First Place, but she is so stupid that we just couldn't give her the top spot. Her lust for fame and book deals led her astray. Sullivan stole pictures, violated copyrights, purposely used bad sources, lied, misrepresented pictures, and got her facts wrong.

Todd Robberson not only made up half his stories from a desk in Dallas, but when he finally did get to Afghanistan, instead of asking Jack for an interview, he snuck into their quarters, while they were in court, and stole documents, family correspondence, and pictures, by saying he was a DOD employee.
