He has lived with the Northern Alliance since the war began and is a fierce advocate for American support of these vehemently anti-Taliban and anti-al-Qaida (AQ) fighters."

The TIGER ROARS:
"After graduating Phase I, and being awarded the coveted Green Beret, Jack had many more courses and schools to attend. Jack learned everything the top instructors in Special Forces had to teach. Mike Echanis, the infamous hand-to-hand-combat specialist, pronounced the five-foot-nine-inch tall youthful fighting man an adept Hwa-Rang-Do warrior after another three months of training with the instructor, again thanks to Jack’s mentor, Beckwith. Beckwith also arranged for the young special warfare student to receive cross-training in other areas before being assigned to regular Special Forces duties. [At 18 he became the youngest Green Beret in American history.]
Over the years, Jack would become an extremely controversial figure in Special Forces. A quarter of a century later, CBS’ Dan Rather would voice his own opinion of Jack when he met him in Afghanistan, saying he was “politically incorrect, abrasive, unconventional, and unquestionably heroic.” Jack had missed Vietnam by the time his Special Forces training ended, but he wasn’t about to miss Afghanistan and a crack at bin Laden, even if he was officially out of the Army.
On September 12, he told his friends he was going to war and two weeks later he was packing to leave for Afghanistan—like the rest of the Green Berets, he meant just what he said."
Some Background Information about the SuperPatriots and Their POW Status:
Prisoner Of War status has become a hot issue in the War On Terror. The legal grounds to deny POW and Geneva Convention status to al-Qaida, Iraqi, and Taliban terrorists is simple-- they don't meet the requirements of Rule 4 of the Geneva Convention for Combatant Prisoners. Few terrorists do. To see these rules, follow this footnote: READ RULE 4.
Terrorists don't wear uniforms, have ID Cards, carry their weapons openly, wear unit patches (what would it say? AQ Killer Group with twin burning towers as a logo?), nor do they follow any of the other guidelines required by Rule 4, except that they might be subordinate to a commander (like bin Laden, Hekmatyar, Mullah Omar, etc). But being subordinate to a madman does give rise to GC protections, you must follow all of the requirements of Rule 4.
Some people say that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. Cute saying, but not legally correct. Freedom fighters and guerillas, historically, wear uniforms- no matter how ragged or mismatched, they carry their arms openly, rarely target civilian women and children, have military ranks and often have Identity Cards. Some examples include; Tito's resistance in WWII, Cuba- 1950's, Dominican Republic- 1960's, Nicaraguan Sandinistas- 1970's, the US backed Contras and the US opposed Salvadoran FMLN- 1980's, Karen Rebels-1990's, and Commander Massoud's Northern Alliance 1996-2004. And, especially, Commander Ahmad Shah Massoud's Mujahadeen resistance fighting the Soviets throughout the 80's.
Background Intelligence:
The United Front Military Forces, more
commonly known as the Northern Alliance. The N.A. was commanded by
Commander Ahmad Shah Massoud, under the political leadership of President
Rabanni. This was acknowledged as the rightful and legal government
during the time of the Taliban, and operated in exile, holding out in
North Eastern Afghanistan and maintaining control of roughly 15% of the
country. The NA maintained Embassies in Washington, Dushanbe,
Tashkent, Delhi, and London, among other places. The NA was fully
recognized by the United Nations and the United States as a legitimate
government and resistance force against the Soviets, and later the
Taliban. Massoud was known as the Lion of the Panshir and led his
people against the Soviets, then the terrorists, then the Taliban, and
then the terrorists again. Massoud was assassinated by al-Qaida
forces acting on orders from Osama bin Laden, on September 9, 2001, just
two days before the 9/11 attack on America. This was not a
coincidence. Bin Laden believed that with Massoud dead, the
Northern Alliance would crumble and the United States would not be able
to unite them again and as a result, be defeated by the Taliban if they
attacked Afghanistan. Less than 12- Green Berets entered
Afghanistan the following month, and Jack, although out of the army, was
one of them. By November 2001, the United Front was rolling towards
Kabul with four more teams of Green Berets and a half dozen Air Force
Combat Controllers. The country fell within 60 days because the
Green Berets and the Northern Alliance fought together and fought hard.
Northern Alliance officer and Massoud
follower, Lieutenant Banderas refused to leave the
Americans at Pulacharke Prison. When asked why by Rolling Stone Magazine, Lt. Banderas stated,
"If
there is one main point I have learned from American Special Forces, it is
that no man will be left behind."
A. Prisoners of war, in the sense of the present Convention, are persons belonging to one of the following categories, who have fallen into the power of the enemy:
- Members of the armed forces of the armed forces of a Party to the conflict as well as members of militias or volunteer corps forming part of such armed forces.
- Members [This
and #1 apply to Jack, Bennett, and the other Americans not
originally captured/arrested by Karzai's Pro-Taliban government]
of other militias and members of other volunteer corps,
including those of organized resistance movements, belong to a Party
to the conflict and operation in or outside their own territory,
even if this territory is occupied, provided that such militias or
volunteer corps, including such organized resistance movement
fulfill the following conditions:
- that of being commanded by a person responsible for his subordinates;
- that of having a fixed distinctive sign recognizable at a distance;
- that of carrying arms openly;
- that of conducting their operations in accordance with the laws and customs of war.
- Members of regular armed forces who profess allegiance to a government or an authority not recognized by the detaining power [Major Amin, Lt. Banderas- UFMF] [Northern Alliance].
- Persons who accompany the armed forces without actually being members thereof, such as civilian members of military aircraft crews, war correspondents [Caraballo], supply contractors... [ ] provided that they have received authorization from the armed forces which they accompany, who shall provide them for that purpose with an identity card similar to the annexed model.

problem, you're trained to go around, over, or through the hill if you
have to. So we figure you'll figure out how to get a password from
the CP. But don't lose sight of the mission.
Here is the SITREP:
Your goal is to stop the next 9/11. It is not to "liberate" Iraq, save the world, or rebuild countries, or any of the other bullshit the State Department tells the public. Your goal is to stop the terrorists from sending a thousand more Americans skydiving from an office building without a parachute. War is not won by appeasing enemy forces with concessions and humanitarian efforts- we tried that win their hearts and minds shit in Vietnam. War is won by DX'ing as many of the bastards as you can, as fast as you can. Make no mistake about it, you are the front line of the war on terror, not the FBI, or the Homeland Security department, it is you. Because YOU ARE the Forward Edge of the Battle Area wherever you may be, even if that means hanging out with your family in Disneyland or downing a cold one at a bar in Dallas. Our goal is to bring this war to them all over the world– wherever they may hide, sleep, or cower. This is a war, this ain't Sunday School folks. Do you want another few thousand Americans diving out windows in flames from 110 stories above the streets of New York?
I am a Green Beret, not a candy striper, or a wannabe, or some drunk phony at a bar claiming all his missions were classified and he has to kill you if he talks about it. I've come close to killing bin Laden twice, and found him five times, and that makes me better at this than the FBI, and a lot of other people. This is why the FBI hates me, and my guys, because they are the Federal Bureau of Investigation and we are a storm of interdiction. We stop the bastards before they kill more Americans– we don't show up afterwards with blue windbreakers and forensic squads hoping to identify the bodies. I get close to bin Laden because I live and work with the Northern Alliance Afghans and I'm not afraid to ride straight into hell with a few guys and a lot of bullets. And this isn't bullshit, and one day you'll being seeing evidence about that.
Speaking
of my guys; on the right here is my wing-man,
Brent Bennett. Some
of you guys from division might know him. Brent was a FIST
operator in the
82nd at Bragg and is one of the best dudes I have ever had the pleasure
of working with. In fact, I take back all that shit I said about
division... just kidding, the 82nd is a hell of unit and I hold them in
deep respect- Wheels Up boys!
You can't fight terrorists with law enforcement and prosecution, Clinton tried that for eight years. You can't do it, they are animals– they are not human, just ask the families that lost their loved ones on 9/11. When the terrorists capture us they cut off our heads on television. When we capture them they complain that we don't let them piss often enough. Well, sorry about that motherfucker, you were about to drive explosive rigged gas tankers into Bagram and kill 500 American soldiers in a ball of flames. You should be glad I didn't defenestrate you. I believe that real Americans want real counter-terrorist operations, not bullshit press junkets and canned PR stories from PAOs that shot a gun once in their life on the basic training qualification range. We didn't start this fucking war, not the one with bin laden, nor the one with Saddam, they started it, but we sure as hell will finish it.
Recently I was lucky enough to get a chance to speak directly to the public for the first time, on a live radio show in Fayetteville, North Carolina, home of the 82nd Airborne Division and the US Army Special Forces, along with most of the other Special Ops units I have been part of or affiliated with, or had the honor of working with over the past 30 years.
The show was hosted by Chris Chaos and his partner Lindsey. I can’t thank them enough for the opportunity to speak for myself, unfiltered, unfettered, unabridged, and most of all, un-spun. It was the ONLY time I have ever agreed to a taped or on-camera interview. Dozens of "journalists" have asked, written, and shown up at Pulacharke Prison with cameras only to be sent away by us. I did this one interview because it is my home, and because of the recent attacks on my wife. She was arrested in her pajamas by the US Marshals, at the behest of the FBI, on a phony warrant (and released hours later with a pitiful apology). She has been threatened and interrogated by the FBI (seems they are working more for Osama bin Laden than against him- there's something to think about) and she has been assaulted, threatened, and harassed by a variety of press, pseudo-press, and private parties. She has been stalked, had sugar put in her gas tank, assaulted in the dead of night, and been slandered to inth degree by the scumbags at Flogging (they also threatened her in writing), and so many other make believe “journalists.” No one has gotten her story right, my story right, our story right, or any story related to this right. Most have outright lied intentionally.
My dad was an Iwo Jima Marine and was mad as hell when I joined the Army. Then he got to Fort Bragg and saw what was then called the Special Forces Gabriel Demonstration. After that Dad was a believer in Special Forces and Special Ops– that was thirty years ago. You know, I never really had much love for the Marines. But when it all went to hell here and we ended up in Taliban run prison, beaten, fucked up, and tortured everyday, it was the Marines who helped us out and sent in water from their compound– without it we would have been toast. And, it was the Marines who started going to my house and watching out for my wife, shoveling her driveway, giving her support, and just keeping an eye on her, so thanks to the Marine group at Fort Bragg, and thanks to the Division who sent some of the ladies from the family support group over there. We're not in the military anymore, so I didn't expect this sort of thing, but we are most definitely in the war, and thanks for helping.
Let
me leave all you grunts out there one final thought.
This is a Holy War. And it is a war between good and evil.
The right to live free and the right to die free and unafraid.
Someone once said we all look death in the eye, the only important thing
is that when it comes can we stand like men, or do we bow like slaves.
Our government may have needed to disavow us, and that required
deserting us, but I know that our country has
not, and don't worry about us, we bow down to no oppressor.

ماه گذشته من خوشبخت بودم که یک چانس برابر شد که مستقیم همرای مردم سخن بزنم، دریک رادیوی زنده، درناردکارلانا ، درقوای اسپیشل فورس درفرقه 82هم هوایی درامریکا، همرای دیگر قوت های اسپیشل فورس امریکا که من عضوی شان بودم، ویا باعزت که 30 درگذشته وظیفه انجام دادم.

این اولین بار بود که من موافق به ثبت کست ویا درمقابل کمره مصاحبه نمودم. دوجین های جورنالستان همرای کمره، بخاطر نوشتن درپلچرخی آمدند دوباره روان گشتن توسط ما. من این مصاحبه را دادم بخاطر که اینجا خانه من است وفعلاً هم بالای خانم من حمله قرارگرفته است. اورا دستگیر نمودند درزیر لباس خوابش توسط آمرپولیس، ازطرف اف بی آی، یک تیلیفونی امردستگیرا داده بوده( ویک ساعت بعد واپس رها نموده همرای خیلی معذرت خواهی). بالایش رفتار بد شده بود وپرسش ها توسط اف بی آی بوده(اینطور نشان میدهند که آنها کارمیکنند برای اوسامه بن لادین وبعداً درمقابلش میباشند. این یک چیزی است که درباره آن باید فکر شود) تقریباً بالایش تهدید به مردن درشب شده بود. وبالایش خیلی بدگوی شده به قسم بسیار خراب توسط پاکت ها کثیف فلاگین وسمین (آنها همچنان توسط نوشته بالای یش فشار وارد نموده بودند) وبسیاری ها به این باورنمودند،"جورنالیستان". هیچکس قصه اصل اورا نشنیده است، قصه مرا، همچنان ازمایان را، ویا آن قصه های که به این حقیقت رابطه دارد. پدرمن در آیوا جیما مارین بوده وقتیکه من به نظامی شامل شدم دویوانه شده بود که چرا من درنظامی شامل شدم. وقتیکه به فورت بِرگ آمد ودید که گبریل دیموسترشن. بعداً باورنمود به قوای اسپیشل فورس ویا به فعالیت های مخصوص. البته آن 30 سال پیش بوده. شما میفهمید که، من آنقد خوشآیند به مارین نبودم. مگر وقتیکه ما دردوزخ رفتیم لت وکوب شدیم، شکنجه شدیم دربندیخانه طالبان، درآنوقت مارین کمک نمود ازکمپوند هایشان بطرف آب رفتند وما راهم بیرون روان نمودند. آن مارین بودکه به خانه من میرفت وازخانم من حفاظت مینمود. همرای بیل راه موتر را جورمینمود. به خانمم کمک مینمود اقتصادی یا غیر اقتصادی، وچشمانشان به خانم من بودند بخاطر حفاظت، تشکر فروان به تمام گروپ مارین درفورت بِرگ. وتشکر از آن فرقه ها که خانمان شان را بخاطر خدمت خانممن روان نمودند. ما شاید درنظامی زیاد نباشیم مگر درجنگ هستیم، وتشکرازشما بزرگان، اجازه بدهید که شمارا بزمین بگزارم لغات آخیر را بگویم.این ین یک جنگ است دربین خوبان وشیاطین. بدروستی که آزاد زنده گی نماید واگر میمرید به آزادی بیمیرید وبیدون ترس. بعضی کسان گفتند که ما درچشمان مردیم، مهم این است که اگر آنروز بیاید ما مانند مرد استادگی کرده میتوانیم، ویا مانند غلامان کمان شویم. شاید دولت ما ماراترک گفته باشد، مگرمن میفهمم که کشورما نمیکند، وهیچ تشویش نکنید، اگرما هم کمان شوید لیکن ظالم نیستیم.
